My name is Geraldine Van Oord. I'm a Dietitian, wife, mother and foodie. I love food, but what makes me sad is when food makes you sick! If you're like my husband and daughter, who need to avoid certain foods because of food sensitivities, you're not alone. Although, I know it can feel like you are, and it can even feel like the joy has been taken from eating. But it doesn't have to be this way, and I'd love to show you how.

I'm also super passionate about women's health.

Following my own personal challenges with fertility, 

then journey into motherhood with a food intolerant 

child, I understand how difficult it can be to look 

after your own nutrition, as well as your family's.

 

So I'm here to support you right through from pre-conception to post-natal nutrition.
