Food Intolerance

Food intolerance is different to food allergies. Unlike food allergies, food intolerance doesn't involve the immune system.

Symptoms are triggered by a number of naturally occurring food chemicals found in everyday foods and/or certain food additives that irritate a sensitive person's nerve endings in many parts of their body.

Actual symptoms, how quickly they appear,

and their severity vary from person to person.

This is why food intolerance is super tricky.

Do you have any of these symptoms?
They could indicate possible food intolerance.

  • Gut: pain, bloating, wind/gas, altered bowel habits, diarrhoea and/or constipation
  • Airways: sinus, stuffy nose and congestion
  • Nervous system: headaches and migraines, irritability, ADHD, mood swings
  • Skin: hives, rashes, eczema
